You agree to:

• Review all AI-generated documentation for accuracy before finalizing it in a patient's formal medical record.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Ensure you have obtained necessary patient consents to record and process their audio in accordance with local laws.

4. Compliance & HIPAA

Clinote AI is designed with HIPAA compliance in mind. However, maintaining compliance requires your active participation (e.g., signing our specific Business Associate Agreement, enforcing secure passwords, logging out on shared devices).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clinote AI is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for absolute accuracy, artificial intelligence may occasionally produce hallucinations or errors. You are strictly responsible for reviewing and authorizing all output.
